Reena Forst focuses her practice on commercial and industrial real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York, as well as commercial litigation and collection matters. Ms. Forst handles commercial real estate transactions ranging from $5 million to $20 million; high end residential real estate properties between $2.5 million and $10 million; and residential closings and refinances. She also prosecutes and defends litigation matters and executes various commercial transactions. Ms. Forst is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association. During the 1992-1993 and 1993-1994 terms, she clerked for the Honorable Naomi G. Eichen of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County. Ms. Forst is a graduate of Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center of Touro College and received her B.A. in English from Queens College.
