Mr. Grabell is a highly experienced and sophisticated employment attorney with over twenty-four years of experience. He has handled complex litigation matters in state and federal courts involving employment areas of age, race, religion, national origin, sexual harassment and whistle-blowing. His practice also focuses on contract negotiations for senior executives and others in connection with hiring, severance packages and termination. Recently, Mr. Grabell’s practice includes training and counseling management and staff employees on human resource best practice, legal compliance and claim avoidance. He is hired on a regular basis to conduct internet investigations of employee complaints. Mr. Grabell attended New York University, Stern School of Business to earn his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Seton Hall School of Law School for his Juris Doctrate and he is an author of many articles on employment law.
