John Schlamp practices in the areas of commercial transactions and litigation, real estate, telecommunications, landlord/tenant, and land use. He handles all facets of commercial and general litigation, from inception to trial, in addition to commercial leasing from kiosks to anchor stores and office and warehouse space. Mr. Schlamp has successfully assisted clients in all manner of real estate and land use, including condominium conversions and zoning disputes and representations. He has worked with both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial leases, disputes and resolutions. As corporate counsel with T-Mobile, Mr. Schlamp initiated and implemented a lease portfolio purge that saved the company $3.7 million in unnecessary lease payments, and for which he was nominated for the PEAK award, T-Mobile’s highest award for performance. He was also an integral team member for the litigation team that won an $8.7 million arbitration award for the company, based on a land carrier’s illegal charges for roaming fees. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey, including the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey. Importantly, John was part of the Fischer Porter & Thomas P.C., Team over 20 years ago. We are glad to have him back on the Team.
