Aaron E. Albert focuses his active practice on commercial and general litigation and corporate and technology transactions and intellectual property matters. Mr. Albert received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and has extensive experience as an executive of a computer software and systems firm. Mr. Albert received his J.D. with highest honors from Rutgers School of Law Newark, where he was awarded the ALI-ABA Award for Scholarship and Leadership, the Philip Kravitz Memorial Prize for the evening student with the highest academic average, the Saul Tischler Scholarship for the class member with the highest academic achievement, and the Alumni Scholarship. Mr. Albert is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
