Mr. Grabell is a highly experienced and sophisticated employment attorney with over twenty-seven years of experience. He has handled complex litigation matters in state and federal courts involving areas of age, race, religion, national origin, sexual harassment, sexual orientation and retaliation. His practice also focuses on contract negotiations for senior executives and others in connection with hiring, severance packages and termination. Since 2007, Mr. Grabell’s practice includes training and counseling management and staff employees on human resource best practices, legal compliance and claim avoidance. He is hired on a regular basis to conduct internal investigations of employee complaints. Mr. Grabell attended New York University, Stern School of Business to earn his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Seton Hall School of Law School for his Juris Doctorate and he is an author of many articles on employment law.
