Joseph R. Sparacio, in May 2020, Joe graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he was co-founder and the inaugural Technology Editor of the Rutgers International Law and Human Rights Journal. While in law school, led the Rutgers Arbitration Team to a “Best Closing Arguments” award at the NYSBA’s 5th Annual Judith Kaye Arbitration Competition.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe interned at the National Advertising Division in New York City, where he assisted in evaluating claims of false or misleading advertising. In the fall of 2019, Mr. Sparacio started working at Fischer Porter & Thomas as a law clerk, where he successfully focused on assisting in litigation, involving non-competition agreements, personal injury actions, trust disputes, discovery matters and appeals.
